Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.

If you purchased an item(s) from and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s), within 15 days of receiving the shipment, to the return address with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like.

Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, but the cost of delivery of the exchanged goods will be borne by within the limits of one exchange.

All exchanges are dependent on current stock. Please check availability on or by contacting customer service.

Item(s) purchased from must be returned in new, unused condition in order to receive a refund, within 15 days of receiving the shipment. Limited edition items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund.

To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address given by mail with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package.
